Six teens invited to attend a state-of-the-art adventure camp on Isla Nublar must band together to survive when the dinosaurs break out of captivity.

  • It boggles my mind how good the cgi for jp and lw still looks so good while jw looks like crap for a 2015 movie.

  • I know it was not a death eventually, but I recall the beginning of the Lost World being super scary with the small dinosaurs eating the child who was feeding them on the beach

    • @Camila R. Chavez apparently very badly injured? I suspect they reconsidered her death at the end because it would have been too much.

    Vienna RowlingsVienna Rowlings16 dögum síðan
    • Crystocious I agree with you on that one. I suppose you could look at it as filmmakers not treating kids like idiots. They will put these deep moments and conversations in films and hopefully it will come across. And if it doesn’t then the adults who have to take their kids to see it will get enjoyment out of it haha you don’t get that with much kids films these days

      Josh HuntJosh Hunt14 dögum síðan
    • Josh Hunt I feel like it was the same for all kids movies. Adults understood the details but we got the jist of it. Like freakin Lion King. 😂 As an adult we’re like “whoa that’s deep” but as a kid we were “yay lions and songs!” Idk why JP was so appealing to kids... 🤷🏽‍♀️ it apparently still is (appealing) since they made it into a kids cartoon.

      CrystociousCrystocious14 dögum síðan
    • Vienna Rowlings not really... another example would be the lunch scene where they all talk about the pros and cons of genetic power. When I was a kid I liked the scene but didn’t really understand the gravity of it. Now as an adult it’s one of my favourite scenes in the entire film! Jurassic Park is much more than a monster action film. It definitely has layers. The sequels on the other hand...

      Josh HuntJosh Hunt14 dögum síðan
    • @Josh Hunt sure, you don't understand those kind of details but there's not much to understand in the rest of the movie, it's pretty much only action 🐉

      Vienna RowlingsVienna Rowlings14 dögum síðan
    • @Chloe Groizard what do you mean? 😂😂😂 being 4 doesn't mean being stupid! My eyes, ears and brain worked! It was pretty much only "disaster: the dinosaurs are all loose, dinosaurs eat people, people run and hide, people try to put electricity back on so that the dinosaurs can't get out"

      Vienna RowlingsVienna Rowlings14 dögum síðan
  • I love dinosaurs and Netflix.
