This show is absolutely awful, the fact that Flora and Techna don't appear, that Bloom is a whiny teen, Stella is a bitch, Musa is white, the cringey writing, the DISGUSTING outfits and just the overall cheesy "wannabe dark and edgy" take on such an iconic series is honestly offensive. Why does Netflix keep trying to pull a "Riverdale" with every single hit show from our childhood? We wanted sparkles, transformation scenes and badass hyper feminine fairies who actually like each other and show that girls should SUPPORT each other rather than compete. Does Netflix not know the popular aesthetics from Pinterest, Tiktok, Instagram and whatnot? They could have drawn inspo from the Egirl, cottagecore, soft girl, princess, kidcore aesthetics, the techwear, kfashion, jfashion, vintage/thrifted clothing trends, but nooooo. The yucky outfits and bleak colour palette ruin the experience. We all know that Stella would have had 8 different aneurysms if she had to wear those icky outfits. Having darker topics or more serious issues does not mean that the whole show has to be grey and Euphoria is a great example of that. They use bright colours to accentuate each character and their development. This show could have had as big as an impact as Euphoria did if done right. The fashion, make up and aesthetic of the animated series has had a big influence on watchers as it is, just imagine how big it would've been if yall hadn't tried do make it "edgier". Instead of trying to continue it, focus on the shows that are actually good, like Julie and The Phantoms.

Throwing some wild card option. I think they should add tecna but as a specialist cause her powers doesn't fit in this remake, but if she joins in as a specialist who is very techy with cool gadgets/weapons will be very interesting and will add dimension to the winx club. And they should flora not as a fairy but as a witch to make the group more diverse . If this happens the show will have more dynamics and it will much more interesting if the winx is made up of from different "groups" not just fairies. (again just a thought)

Im actully surprised this show hasnt been canceled yet
to those who want to add more VFX characters and more sidekicks. The more sidekicks and VFX there are the more Netflix has to pay for production and if the cost becomes too much they will just cancel this project as well. Especially that actors usually get raises between seasons, and VFX is still pricy and time consuming to deal with.
